Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was caused by our store.

6. Damaged Items

During Shipping If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Please take photos of the product and shipping package immediately.
  2. Send the photos to customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Our team will review the case and provide an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).

Herbal products are agricultural items and may naturally vary in:

  • Leaf size or shape

These natural variations do not indicate a defect and are considered normal for natural herbal products.

8. Product Storage Responsibility

Once an order is delivered, the customer becomes responsible for proper storage of the products, including:

  • Protecting them from humidity and direct heat.
  • Resealing packaging tightly after opening.

Damage caused by improper storage is not eligible for return or exchange.
